With the iPhone 7, how are you supposed to use headphones and charge your phone at the same time if needed?

With the new design of the iPhone 7, the headphones connect to the lightning port where you would usually charge your iPhone. With the new design containing no separate port for the headphones, how are you supposed to use headphones and charge your iPhone at the same time if necessary by all means. There is the wireless headphones option, but those are really expensive just for a pair ($159.00) and the iPhone is already costly itself. Is there a way to charge your iPhone and still use headphones at the same time without the wireless headphones? Or will there be an invention where you can insert the lightning cable to charge it and there will be an extra port for you to use the headphones? Not sure whether Apple thought that through or not, but many people do do this and it's necassary for most.

That dock will work for you if you have conventional headphones as you can use the headphone port on the back. But if you want to use the wired Lightning headphones that come in the box……. you can't.
